In the former principal’s words: “For two years, nearly every Friday morning, Mr. Sunderland and Mr. Smith were at Sixes ES with other dads from our community to greet students with a smile, a high-five and a kind word … despite weather elements. From there, they joined administration on the live morning news broadcast to greet students, make announcements and sometimes they even brought a joke or two. These two dads were the highlight of our week. I will always be grateful for their unwavering support and their investment of time into our the Sixes ES students and staff.”
